Shining a light on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) practices across the industry
To mark Race Equality Week, an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) page has been launched on the Railway 200 website. Throughout the anniversary year there will be many initiatives that aim to shine a light on current and future practices across the industry.
One example is Rail Unites for Inclusion (RUI) who hosted an event at Waterloo on Monday. D&I Lead Odis explains what this week means to them and the significance of the anniversary year.
